Abhay Boilers offers the world renowned third generation thermal oil/thermic fluid heaters for using variety of liquid and gaseous fuels. The third generation heater offers several advantages over other heater designs and much better efficiency.
Unitherm heaters are designed to offer high efficiencies upto 93% and engineered as per latest European norms of safety and operation.
The heater are available in capacities from 50,000 kcal/hr to 1,200,000 kcal/hr maximum continuous rating firing heavy oils, light oils, nature gas, LPG. Dual fuel as well as waste oils, biodiesel, biogas etc. Unitherm heaters are capable of outlet temperature of 300 oC and for specially designed units outlet upto 400 oC. The heaters are designed according to German DIN standard. Abhay Boilers supplies heating plants which can be factory preassembled on skids for land and marine use whether fixed or mobile, indoor or outdoor operation.
