Multi-layer Film Corona Treater
Corona treater is made in a totally enclosed Configration providing safety in Opration. Treating rollers are having good quality Silicone Sleeves and rollers are dynamically balanced. Segmented electroade assembly provide easy working. Pnumetically operated Split treater box design provide easy straight threading of the web through the treater box. Air extraction blower removes the unwanted ozone gas from the teater box. The high voltage Transformer is placed near by the treater box to avoid long high voltage caring cable Connection.

1.Treatment width available from 1500mm to 3000mm.
2. treater roller diameter : 100-125-150mm
3. Easy threading arragement.
4. Line speed can be Matched as per Custamers requirement.
5. Trement side can be single or both sides.
6. Segmented electroed assambly or S.S. pipe arrangement.
7. Treater box can be operated Manually or pneumetically.
8. Ozone blower is Provided to romove Ozone gas.
