The Mill grinds the material coming between Swing-Pendulum roller assemblies and a fixed bull ring. Pulverized material is being swept upward through the air stream to the classifier which allows the desired product size particles enter into to the air separator, while oversize particles returns to the mill grinding chamber. From Air Separator, cyclone, product particle is being separated from air and product is being collected at the bottom of it through air lock valve.
System performance is continuously under observation using PLC control system to maintain the efficient grinding takes place with minimal power consumption.
Standard size of UMATECH Roller mills Raymond type covers the production capacity 1 to 5 Metric tons per hour @ product particle size ranging from 100 micron to 30 micron subject to the feed material properties.
Feed containing up to the 15% moisture can be pulverized supplying the hot gases during grinding and yield the product 1% moisture with the desired fineness. The complete system is designed and make it customized and guarantee the reliable and efficient performance.
