Accu doct is basically used for salvaging the damaged roll and it gives the shear winding for all kind of packaging industries. Doctoring rewinder is also used for inkjet printing / batch coding on printed and laminated pouches.

The rewinding machine ACCU- DOCT is a machine designed for the recovery of section of defective material (printing, laminating defect or other similar defects).this machine also used for ink jet printing

  • Plc base servo motor and servo drive for unwind and rewind
  • Load cell feedback for unwind and rewind
  • Digital length counters cum speed indicator.
  • Servo motor for linear actuator of edge /line guiding system
  • Main drive with servo (nip)

The rewinding machine is suitable for plastic films also coupled paper and aluminums.
