MACHINE CONSTRUCTION

Machine construction is of rugged design with turret made of highly ductile SG Iron casting. Feed Frame is made of very rigid gun metal with sufficient height to avoid spill over of powder. Turret rotates on needle roller thrust bearing, which is immersed in oil for frictionless rotation.

VARIABLE SPEED PULLEY DRIVE

This feature is useful to vary the turret speed as per requirement depending upon the material to be compressed. The variable speed pulley is mounted on main motor shaft. The speed adjustment is achieved by raising or lowering the motor on its slide by mean of hand wheel.

OPERATOR S SAFETY

Safe machine operation is of utmost importance. To ensure safety an emergency stop red button is provided at conveniently approachable location.
